Cesar is a published dark art photographer and horror artist from Los Angeles, CA who is currently based in Cincinnati, OH. He has been creating art since childhood and is self-educated in photography and photo editing. Cesar carefully plans and stages the sets, props, costumes, and hair/make-up looks; then enhances the image with photo editing to bring his strange and disturbing concepts to life. He conveys in his images a delicate balance between beauty and horror. He is heavily influenced by crime scene forensics and historical crime cases, but he also appreciates that the spark of inspiration can strike anywhere. He is always striving to create on a bigger and better scale and his larger plan is to release a book in the future, but for now he is concentrating on building his body of work.
